I'm level 21.
I've been playing this game since the jailbreak days.
I've noticed that since we now have android & many new players, the game has changed.
I can not see some of the "Good Players" whom I make deals with to make the good money.
These new players also are GREEDY, and want me to sell them Drops for $1,200 or they won't buy at all. (I had my drops priced at $2,000 each which is the standard for us old school players in my region) I'm sick of explaining the Game Play to these kids! especially when they don't buy police protection.

My next issue is that I went through several addict rotations within a few days, and I either had no joy lab to sell me waffles which I would turn around and sell for $5,000 each to other players. (oh but wait, the guy I trade with is sometimes not visible because of all the new players in the game and they don't want to buy waffles for $5,000 each, & they will not buy police protection, so they only buy 4 waffles at a time. CHEAP SKATES!!) Or, I had a addict who would only buy waffles at $5,300. When the addict is this low and all the new players are selling waffles at $7,300, I CAN"T PLAY THE GAME!

I spend money on police protection, added carry space, and supply and demand info.
Other players are not and this is hurting game play!
WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THESE ISSUES ANDREY?
Thank You for reading this people. Please respond.

People not spending money is hurting the game? Really?

Sounds like you need to get a grip man. People play the game differently than you. That doesn't make them wrong, or you right. It sounds to me like you need to adapt your gameplay to the changing conditions, not expect everyone to conform to how you think it should be played. It seems that they're having much more success (and fun) playing their way than you are playing yours. Otherwise they would be here complaining and you would be happy.

The game has been changing a lot since the android version went online! And I do believe I saw a comment somewhere that the people from android are getting a brake since they are new to the game, they get get way better prices than what we people on iPhone get from the labs, and from what I have seen, I do think that the labs on android give about 20 items at the time.

Now, they said that androids was getting a brake because they are new, but at the same time, if anyone gets an iPhone for the first time, and has never play before, they will have to start from 0, people from android buy cheaper than people from iPhone, and sell at regular prices, but when they want to buy from you, they want thing to be dirt cheap...

If things are gonna try to be balanced what about those playing on iPod touch??? ( Personally I play on a iPhone with no service, since I switched to a blackberry). We can't move around to buy move the item around tiles, people in my area set their prices to a 300% markup on what they get them from labs. Oh, and the delivery jobs, are not an option for us ether...

I hadn't heard anything about us Android players getting a break. Any chance you could provide a link?

This is how the game develops. Free market. Supply and demand. I have only been playing since December (and yes I am on Android). But I have already seen changes in my local markets -- but they are from new iPhone players not Android. But this is the game and I have adapted my strategies accordingly. If it were just to remain the same on I might as well just play a strategy game against my handset and not other real people.

I also don't believe there is any difference between the lab rates for Android users vs iPhone. It all needs to be driven from the same server surely (?).

I have been searching for the page where I saw that, but since you are on android, could you post the prices you get items from labs? And how many items at the time?

I will keep looking for the link, but maybe Andrey can stop by and let us know if this has change yet...

But you gotta realize this goes both ways. I play on an android device. Typically if I don't have a junkie for powder (waffles?) I price at about $5000. I had a long time iphone player (ranked in the top 20 in the USA) ask if I would do $3500. I offered to sell at $4500. She wouldn't do it. I wouldn't categorize "cheapskates" as either iphone or android...it's the person playing the game.

Which of course brings up another point...it's just a game.

But we get the same thing in my area. iphone/android don't matter, people are going to price what they want. typically they list junkie prices all the time. Maybe I'm fortunate because generally if I ask they will lower prices so they at least double their money and I can sell to my junkie for a half way decent profit.

And my labs produce quantities anywhere from 10/12 each cycle (for the more expensive stuff) to 20/25 for the cheaper stuff.

The prices are as per Steel posted in that incredible spreadsheet viewtopic.php?f=2&t=771&start=0

eg current labs in my tile: blotters are showing $526 at the mo, Tablets $129, Blue Pills $14

I see the labs create about 10 units every cycle (?), and they tend to get upto about 30 units on the lower ones if no one is buying, and maybe 12 or so on the top two units.

Shivv,

You are missing the point. You can not play at all if your junkie is buying at $5,___K, and you can only buy from players at a $7,500 price. Get it? you can't make money that way.
I'm experiencing this again today, and I'm so tired of CHEAP Junkie bots.
I have followed Andrey and listen to what he says as far as game play goes.
Yes, I should probably chill, but I won't. Been playing for a loooong time.
I'm playing on an iPad now.

I've just switched from an iPhone to Android and can't say i've noticed any difference in lab prices. The main differences i've noticed so far are no deliveries, automatic push notification which i cant seem to switch off and of course the original interface as it should have been on the iphone :-)
And thanks to Andrey for switching me over so quickly !
